Kids Meditate and Paint

Every First Saturday afternoon of the month children aged 5-16 years old are welcome to join a special class dedicated to meditation and cultivating positive qualities such as inner calm and grounding. 

In this class students will begin with a 5-10 minute meditation led by Barbie Mack aimed at relaxing and centering which will help each student express themselves through painting. 

Each class will include time for meet and greet,a brief meditation and painting.
