About the event
Join Nikky for a mobility class designed for all levels and a bodies. This sequence of movements can be used as a warm up, cool down or used on active rest days. Each movement is considered to be passive or fluid with the goal being to identify areas of the body that don’t move well, and then spend extra time strategically mobilizing those areas. You will take time to focus on specific regions or joints of the body, and then slowly progress into full body mobilizing sequences.
*Bring a mat and water. Also bringing a pillow or yoga blocks are optional if sitting on your knees and/or feet may cause any discomfort
